Karen Kong, Principal Lecturer, is currently Deputy Head (Student Affairs) of the Department of Law and Deputy Director of the LLM in Human Rights Programme. She joined the Law Faculty in 2007. Her research interests include economic, social and cultural rights, public interest litigation, constitutional law and administrative law.

Karen received her BA Jurisprudence from the University of Oxford, and her LLM from Cambridge University. She is a qualified solicitor in Hong Kong and in England and Wales.
