Lorraine Wu is a first year PhD student at the University of Hong Kong. She is interested in public law, courts and comparative constitutional law. She obtained her Bachelor of Laws (hons) and PCLL from the University of Hong Kong between 2012-2017 and obtained her Master’s degree at Harvard Law School in 2019.
