Thesis Title: Good Faith and the Nuclear Non-Proliferation Treaty

Saroj Nair is a first-year PhD student at the University of Hong Kong Faculty of Law, where she focuses on international law and comparative law, including nuclear non-proliferation and disarmament law. Her research interests also include international energy law, international environmental law, international trade law and international dispute settlement. She recently was affiliated with the Office of the Legal Advisor at the Organization for the Prohibition of Chemical Weapons. In addition to her Master’s degree in Human Rights from the University of Hong Kong, she has Master’s degrees in Criminology and Business Administration, and Bachelor’s degrees in Law and Chemistry. Prior to Hong Kong, she worked as a business consultant and as in-house legal counsel in India, Singapore and Germany.
