Shulun is a year-1 PhD student at HKU Faculty of Law. She obtained her LLB (2020) and LLM (2022) degrees at the China University of Political Science and Law. She also obtained a master’s degree in Comparative and European Private Law at the University of Edinburgh (2021). She once studied at the University of California, Berkeley as a state-sponsored visiting student (2018). Her research interests focus on private law which includes trust law, contract law, and property law, especially the reception of fiduciary duties in Chinese Law.
