Yuyao Yi is a second-year PhD student in the field of law and society, under the supervision of Prof. X. He. She is a graduate of Xi’an Jiaotong University (LLB), and was a full-year visiting student at the University of Oxford in which she firstly experienced interdisciplinary courses and feminism education.
Yuyao’s research interest mainly focuses on Chinese women’s divorce rights, anti-pornography and anti-online sexual harassment (especially the non-consensual distribution of sexual image).
