Xiaoyu Zhou is a PhD student in the field of public international law. Prior to his postgraduate research at HKU, Xiaoyu gained both his Bachelor’s and Master’s Degrees from School of Law at the University of International Business and Economics, Beijing China. Xiaoyu’s current research interest lies in the overlap between public international law and cyber technology.
